We think long-term and never say 'that's not my job.' Every team member acts on behalf of the entire company. When something breaks, we fix it. We don't wait for permission or point fingers.
Bias for Action
Speed matters more than perfection. We'd rather ship something, break it, learn from it, and ship again than spend months debating a plan that looks great on paper. Perfection is a byproduct of iteration, not deliberation.
Deliver Results
We focus on the key inputs and deliver them fast. Setbacks are data, not excuses. We'd rather have a rough answer today than a polished one next quarter, because the real world doesn't wait.
